It fills me with great joy, gratitude and honor to have won the European Textile & Craft Award 2026 of the ETA Academy Bolzano with my mushroom project Mykobütten.
The „Oscar“ of the textile industry!
It is with pride and humility that I announce that I have been awarded the European Textile Academy’s Gold ETA Award 2026 in the category „Textile Art“ as an artist for my artistic work and research in the field of mycology, such as fungal fiber, paper and fungal dyes.
This prize means far more to me than an award – it is a great recognition of my works, which are characterized by a spirit of experimentation, research and a love of nature.
My sincere thanks go to the President of the European Textile Academy, Richard Vill, the Jury President Christian Vötter and all the jury members. Your appreciation of my work touches me deeply and encourages me to continue on this path.
