“We are amazed: artist and mycologist Tanja Major has developed a unique method of creating paper from mushrooms. With her extensive knowledge of mycology as well as her artistic mind, she creates delicate and lively paper sculptures. What is special about this paper is that it is still alive, and should it be returned to nature, mushrooms would sprout there and it would be part of the ecosystem again – truly sustainable art!”
